Subscription Information

If you subscribe to the Daily Dash, Style Zoom, or similar subscription features  in UNO!TM, the subscription fee will be automatically withdrawn every subscription period.

Before subscribing, please read the text below.

Attention

1.    About the Contract

Your subscription will be automatically renewed for one term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the subscription expiration date.

If you choose to cancel your subscription before it has reached its renewal date, you will still hold the current-term subscription and get the rewards until the expiration date.

2.    About the No-cost Trial

For the first-time purchase of some subscription, you may receive a no-cost trial, during which you won't be charged.

After completing the no-cost trial, your subscription plan will be automatically converted to a paid subscription that renews automatically.

If you would like to only subscribe while it is available at no cost, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.

If you repeatedly make inappropriate use of a no-cost trial with techs or methods beyond  license, we may suspend your game account according to our EULA.

3.    About Subscription Tier Changes

Certain subscription plans may offer multiple tiers of rewards, allowing you to select your preferred option. You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier at any time during the active subscription term, subject to the following conditions:

For iOS users:

  • If you choose to upgrade your subscription, you need to pay the high-tier subscription fee first upon confirmation. After payment, the high-tier subscription will take effect immediately. Any unused portion of your previous, low-tier subscription will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. The new renewal date will be reset to the date of the upgrade.
  • If you choose to downgrade your subscription, the change will become effective at the start of the subsequent renewal cycle. Your current subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the ongoing subscription term.

For Google Play users:

  • If you choose to upgrade your subscription, the change will take effect immediately upon confirmation. Any remaining time on your current plan will be adjusted based on the price difference between the two subscription tiers, it will also reset your next renewal date accordingly.
  • If you choose to downgrade your subscription, the change will become effective at the start of the subsequent renewal cycle. Your current subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the ongoing subscription term.

4. About Subscription Cancellation

Your subscription will be automatically renewed for one term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the subscription expiration date.
