1. PurchaseI bought the AD REMOVE but it didn't work

REMOVE AD pack can make your game no longer automatically pop up advertisements, but there will still be some buttons that will get rewards for watching advertisements.

2. Other Problem

If you have any other purchase problem, such as I can't make a purchase, please contact Phase10@mattel163.com.

3. Ads play failed

When the advertisement fails to play due to weak network, the prompt "video lost in translate" will pop up.
Please try again, if the playback fails after three retries, we will issue a reward directly to you!

4. Can we use coins to buy gems?

Coins can be won or lost in Multiplayer mode. Collecting more coins allows you to play in multiplayer arenas with bigger rewards. They are not designed to buy gems. There will be more chance to get gems in the future. Please stay tuned.

  • How to get new Pets

Pets are usually the final reward for completing some events. If you don't have a pet yet, please work hard to get it in the next pet reward event!

  • How to switch my pets
  1. Please tap on the avatar in the upper left corner of the game, and then select the PETS tab, you will see all pets you own.
  2. Select the pet you want to equip, then tap the EQUIP button to successfully equip it.
  3. If you don't want to equip any pet, please select then tap EQUIP button.

2. About Frames 

  • How to get new Frames

Frame can usually be obtained in the following ways:

  1. Limited Rewards in the STARS CHEST of each chapter
  2. Some reward frame events.
  • How to switch my frames 
  1. Please tap on the avatar in the upper left corner of the game, and then select the FRAMES tab, you will see all frames you own.
  2. Select the frame you want to equip, then tap the EQUIP button to successfully equip it.
  3. If you don't want to equip any frame, please select then tap EQUIP button.

3. About Card style

  • How to get new Card Styles

Card Styles are usually the final reward for completing some events. If you don't have a Card Styles yet, please work hard to get it in the next Card Styles reward event!
