By using the real-time voice chat function, you agree to grant Mattel163 Limited/the third-party service provider (Agora, Inc. and its affiliates) permission to collect/process your voice information for the purpose of providing real-time voice chat services for you. Please kindly note that the real-time voice chat function is provided by Agora, Inc. and its affiliates and subject to its Terms of Services and Privacy Policy. Mattel163 Limited will not store your voice information in our server. It is Agora, Inc. and its affiliates’ responsibility to protect any personal information you give them, so we will not be liable for their wrongful use of your personal information.
If any third party’ voice is collected incidentally when you are using our real-time voice chat function, it is your responsibility to make sure such third party’s consent is granted.
You shall abide by Mattel163 Limited's EULA and are exclusively responsible for any and all content that you may provide via such real-time voice chat function. You shall follow the following restrictions: (1) You shall not provide any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, sexually explicit or otherwise; (2) You shall not provide any content that contains anything that, in the sole determination of Mattel163, is objectionable or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the game, or which may expose Mattel163 Limited or its users to any harm or liability of any kind.
In case we reasonably find that you have violated this notice, we may take such actions as we deem appropriate, including but not limited to: (i) terminating your right to use our game perpetually (ii) taking legal action against you or disclosing relevant information to law enforcement authorities; and (iii) any other actions set forth in any posted guidelines and rules.
The voice chat function is automatically switched off when the players exit the Room Mode. Players can also turn off their microphone permissions for UNO in their phone settings.
