User Acquisition Manager

  • Conceptualize, execute and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple targets, geos and demographics.
  • Lead UA reporting on multiple game titles and adjust bids based on ROAS and LTV.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Collaborate with other teams across Mattel163, including product, data science and creative marketing.
  • Able to effectively communicate with external partners to drive campaign performance.
  • Able to locate new and innovative ways to develop and improve Mattel163's UA strategy.
  • Able to work outside of your comfort zone and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to winning ad creative ideas by working closely with creative marketing and execute on creative strategies to attract new users.
  • Stay current on mobile user acquisition/growth trends, best practices, and competitor strategies.
  • Passion for mobile games.


  • 2-4 years experience in managing mobile user acquisition campaigns across viable channels including ad networks, social and emerging technology.
  • Strong proficiency with Facebook Ads required.
  • BA/BS Degree in marketing, business administration, finance or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams.
  • Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on ROI.
  • Proven Data Analysis and Excel experience.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Be able to work with teams across different geographies and time zones.
  • Authorized to work in USA.
