Senior Brand Manager

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product development team to build and lead brand marketing, social media, and community strategy for Mattel163’s portfolio of mobile games and apps
  • Generate strategic vision and execution plans for marketing objectives and KPIs, continuously optimize through live operations, work with globally renowned IPs and top development teams from around the world
  • Build and manage player community, learn best practices and implement KPI driven framework to track and grow user community, deepen user engagement, and drive social virality of game and brand
  • Identify unique and appropriate opportunities for brand integration, measure in terms of user acquisition or brand impact, from concept to business negotiation

Requirements

Game Producer

  • Work with engineers, UI designers/artists, and system designers on the planning, scoping, execution, and delivery of game features

Art Lead

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the quality of the work that the team will deliver, direct their day to day activities, and set the bar for excellence
  • Be ultimately responsible for the final quality of the content the multidisciplinary team produces, guiding concept and design explorations, shepherding that design intent through an efficient production process, and ensuring that the content is bug free whilst responding to player feedback
  • Build a world class team by sourcing global talents, and develop and grow their craft skills through training and feedback
  • Collaborate with artists both in China and worldwide, to make sure product goals are fulfilled, all stakeholder are satisfied, and that working practices are efficient and aligned with the needs of the game

Requirements

  • Excellent art directorial skills, experience as an art director, art lead or vision holder
  • Extreme proficiency in art fundamentals
  • Proven experience leading/mentoring teams and individuals. Growth minded and motivated towards teaching, enabling, and coaching other artists
  • Experience giving thorough direction and delivering timely, clear feedback

Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating and validating project schedules that meet the requirements of the game team; discuss and create consensus on project resource requirements, workflow and milestones; identify key stakeholders for regular communications and check-ins
  • Prioritize tasks to minimize bottlenecks while ensuring the production pipeline matches with the needs of the game studios
  • Identify project risks through regular monitoring of production status, team morale and communication channels; call out project risks and create mitigation plans before they become an issue
  • Managing through change request process by clearly communicating to project stakeholders the nature of the change request, the cost of changes and the prioritization of the changes

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of production life cycle, processes, and project planning
  • Experience in various project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
